Active Status. Use Y for Active and N for Inactive.

Require Next Level - E - Require next for Expense only, N - Not Required, T - Require next for Time only, Y - Require next for both time and expense

Name - Max size is 100 Characters

Restrict Access - Values Y - Restricted and only available by assignment and N - Not restricted.

Function Assignment Restricted to the WBS Level - B - Both WBS and Global Function, N - Global Only, Y - Restricted to only WBS Function. Default should be N

Available Next Level - E - Available next for Expense only, N - Not Available Next Level, T - Available next for Time only, Y - Available next for both time and expense

WBS Level2 Flag - Default 0. The value depends on the configured values by your organization. It is only used for reporting or validation.

Manager Id - Max size is 20 Character . This is field is only used for information, it is not used for approval setup.
