WBS Level4 ID, if the assignment is set on wbs level 4, otherwise use <ALL> - Max size 20 Characters. A valid WBS level 4 ID must exist in the TeWbsLevel4 table

Department ID assigned to the WBS, Max size 20 characters, If not assigned to a specific Department record use . A Valid Department ID must exist in the Department table.

Assignment End Date. Format YYYY-MM-DD

WBS Level1 ID being assigned - Max size 20 Characters. A valid value must exist in the TeWbsLevel1 table

Operating Unit ID the WBS is assigned to. If assigned to all record use <ALL> - Max size is 20 Characters. A valid Operating Unit ID must exist in the OpUnit table

Employee ID assigned to a WBS, Max size 20 characters, If not assigned to a specific Employee record use <ALL>. A Valid Employee ID must exist in the Employee table.

Pay Code ID of the pay code assigned to the WBS. If assigned to all records use <ALL> - Max size 20 Characters. A valid Pay Code ID must exist in the PayCode table

Additional Field ID attached to any table that can be used for assignments. Max size 64. A valid value must exist in the CustomFieldDefs table to define the field ID and the association with the corresponding table I_OWNERID

Additional Field Owner ID, works with IFIELDID and FieldValue fields. Default 'Employee''. This is a table name the additional field is attached to. Must be a valid value. Max Size 64 Characters. Must exist in the CustomFieldDefs table. Default to <ALL> if not assigned to a specific value

Additional Field Value from a table that the field is attached to (defined in the Owner ID of the CustomFieldDefs tabel in the system). Default <ALL>. unless assigned to a specific record. A valid value must exist in the CustomFieldRecords table. Max size 50 characters
