WBS Level1 Code - Max size 20 Characters. Must be unique.

WBS record Start Date. Format YYYY-MM-DD. The record only stays active after the Start date and before the end date.

Operating Unit ID tied to the WBS level 1 - Max size is 20 Characters. A valid ID must exist in the Op Unit table

WBS Level1 Type ID - Max size 20 Characters. A valid Level 1 Type ID must exist in the Level1Type table

Entry Type - T for Time, E for Expense, B for Both Time and Expense

WBS level 1 Name - Max size is 250 Characters

Require Next Level - E - Require next for Expense only, N - Not Required, T - Require next for Time only, Y - Require next for both time and expense

WBS Level1 Flag - Default 0. The value depends on the configured values by your organization. It is only used for reporting or validation. A valid value must exist in the TeFlags Level 1 Flag field. Max 1 character

Function Assignment Restricted to the WBS Level - B - Both WBS and Global Function, N - Global Only, Y - Restricted to only WBS Function. Default should be N

Main WBS ID tied to the level1 - Max size 20 Characters- a valid ID must exist in the MainWBS table

Active Status. Use Y for Active and N for Inactive.

Billable - Y for Billable and N for None Billable

Restrict Access - Values Y - Restricted and only available by assignment and N - Not restricted.

Available Next Level - E - Available next for Expense only, N - Not Available Next Level, T - Available next for Time only, Y - Available next for both time and expense

Currency ID- Max size 10 characters. A valid Currency ID must exist in the Currency table.

WBS Level 1 Close Date - YYYY-MM-DD. Time/expense can be charged retroactively for the dates prior to the close date.

WBS Level 1 Open Date - YYYY-MM-DD. Time/expense can be charged retroactively for the dates after the open date and before the close date.

Manager Id - Max size is 20 Character . This is field is only used for information, it is not used for approval setup. A valid ID must exist in the employee table

Department ID of WBS level 1, optional, Max size 20 characters. A valid Department ID must exist in the Department table.

Optional WBS level 1 Description - Max size 255 Characters

Labor GL Account assigned to a WBS record on the database level. Max size 20 characters
