Additional Field Number. Max size 4 characters

Expense Type Id the additional field is assigned to. A valid value must exist in the XpExpenseType table. Max size 20 characters.

Format of the additional field. Values: 'F'-Free Text, 'D'- Drop Down, '2'-Decimal, '0'- Integer, 'C'-Date

Field Group ID. If the field format is 'D'-Drop down, this field is required. A valid Field Group ID must exist in the XpFieldHdr table. Max size 20 characters

User Access Right to the additional field. Values: M-Modify Right, R-Read Only & Report Display, Z- Read Only & No Report Display

Enter the default text to display in the field in free text format if applicable, otherwise leave blank. Max size 255 characters

Active Status. Value Y for Active and N for Inactive.

Field Sort Order. Determines the field display order on the end user interface. Max 4 characters

Is the additional field required. 'Y'- Yes required, 'N'- Optional
