update Daily Time Hours Import

Provides the ability to update an existing 'New' loadStatus record in the Tm Daily Import Schema.  IMPORTANT:  Time import module requires the API Site user must have proxy access to the import record's owner. In this case you will need to first create an employee in DATABASICS Admin module with and equal ID to match the API Site user, then give that user proxy access to the user(s) which will be imported via the API call. To successfully give proxy access the following setups must be preformed in order or the proxy access will fail. 1. Setup Employee in DATABASICS Admin 'APIUSER' 2. Give 'APIUSER" Proxy access to user(s) timesheet 3. Create API-Site user 'APIUSER' and be sure to set the API-Site user Id == DATABASICS employee created in step 1 5. Now you can use this API user to make calls and import them via the API
