number

Field Sort Order. Determines the field display order on the end user interface. Max 4 characters

Is the additional field required. 'Y'- Yes required, 'N'- Optional

fieldNo

number

Additional Field Number. Max size 4 characters

accessRight

string

User Access Right to the additional field. Values: M-Modify Right, R-Read Only & Report Display, Z- Read Only & No Report Display

Full-Text Search Lookup typically returns matches of name or ID.

fieldDefault

Enter the default text to display in the field in free text format if applicable, otherwise leave blank. Max size 255 characters

fieldFormat

string

Format of the additional field. Values: 'F'-Free Text, 'D'- Drop Down, '2'-Decimal, '0'- Integer, 'C'-Date

fieldGrpId

string

Field Group ID. If the field format is 'D'-Drop down, this field is required. A valid Field Group ID must exist in the XpFieldHdr table. Max size 20 characters

fieldLabel

string

The additional field label- A valid value must first be created under XpFieldLabel table. Max size 2000 characters

activeFlag

string

Active Status. Use Y for Active and N for Inactive.

limit

integer

Return number of records per page. Default page size is 20 rows. If you want to run 100 rows per page set it to 100. Max is 1000 per page.

start

integer

Start defines which record to begin from in the response. If the response has 20 records and you only want to return the last 10, then set the start equal to 9 to only return records 10 through 20.
