WBS Level2 Flag - Default 0. The value depends on the configured values by your organization. It is only used for reporting or validation. A valid value must exist in the TeFlags Level 2 Flag field. Max 1 character

Global Level 2 Available Next Level - E - Available next for Expense only, N - Not Available Next Level, T - Available next for Time only, Y - Available next for both time and expense
